Pick up the e-bike conveniently from Rent a Bike at the Swiss SBB railway station (Bahnhof SBB). Take the escalator from the booking hall down to the bike parking area on the first lower level where the Rent a Bike counter is located (see pictures). 

To rent a guest bike you’ll need your BaselCard and a piece of official ID (ID, driver’s licence). You do not need to deposit your ID.

Please note that there are no child seats or children’s e-bikes available.
