Beschreibung
The symphonic wind orchestra was founded in 1872 and is today comprised of some 60 musicians from the Basel region. It performs regularly throughout Switzerland and in neighbouring countries. Stadtmusik Basel is conducted by Philipp Wagner, who is also responsible for compiling the attractive programme of concerts.
