Nour Elise and Martina Christina are calling this Women's Circle into existence to create a nourishing, enriching and supportive space for us women to remember and embody our sacred and magical nature.

This is a safe space for you to feel, to be, and to connect with powerful women in the most open and nurturing atmosphere. Inspired by nature's elements, Nour Elise and Martina will be guiding you through a unique alchemy of modalities that include meditation, movement, breath, sound healing and open sharing and expression circles to create a community-like experience of deep transformational healing and support.

We will be tapping into our feminine essence, tuning into our hearts and working with our body's inherent wisdom to release blocks, find answers we long for and come home into full being.

Make sure to bring comfy clothes, socks, if possible a blanket (or something warm), maybe a pillow for comfort, a notebook and a water bottle (can be refilled on site). Mats and snacks will be provided, as well as a beautiful set-up prepared with love.
