The New Moon (or Dark Moon) represents rebirth. If you connect with the Moon's energy during this time, you can nourish the seed or intention that you are ready to grow.

What to expect:

Each Breathwork session is unique and experiences vary from one individual to another, as well as from one Breathwork session to the next. You may experience the following, but your experience is not limited to:

- Reduced stress, tension or constriction
- Improved immune function and decreased inflammation
- More energy and better sleep
- Feelings of openness, connection, love, peace, clarity, gratitude...

- Dress comfortably and warm (blanket might be nice)
- If you have back issues, a pillow or rolled up towel / blanket under the knees is good
- Loosen any bra and pants if they're tight
- Have a piece of paper and a pen handy in case you feel the urge to put your experience into words or pictures after the session
- Drink lots of water in the hours following the session

- Recent surgery, wounds, broken bones still healing
- If you have been diagnosed with PTSD, you are required to get a therapist's approval to participate
